Shipping and Delivery
At AVStoreOnline, we understand how important it is that your packages arrive promptly. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend, or on holidays will ship out the 2nd business day.
Please
note that delivery time for your order will rely on from where it will
be shipped. For instance, if the order is shipped from Canada. it
usually takes two weeks.
Shipping Options
We offer FREE ground shipping for 48 continental states. Optionally, Next Day or 2nd Day Air is also available at your additional charges. If you live in Hawaii and Alaska states, please contact us by email for a shipping rate quote.
We allow local pickups to save shipping time and money. Here is a list for locations of our warehouses and suppliers:

Return, Exchange or Damaged Merchandise Policy
All items on AVStoreOnline.com are new and unused carrying full manufacturers' warranties. We have a 15- day return or exchange policy on all items. Please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund plus a 15%-30% restocking fees.
If an item comes to you defective, AVStoreOnline.com will send a replacement item . If an item becomes defective after 15 days, you will need to send the defective merchandise to the manufacturer or service location for replacement or repair.
Our products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. All product is fully inspected and is in perfect condition before being shipped out. When the merchandise is received, we ask that you inspect the outside of the cartons for any shipping damage. In the event there is noticeable damage to the cartons or packaging, we ask that this is noted on the freight bill as “Damaged Cartons. Subject to inspection”. Do not send back the merchandise. If you find there is damage to the product, contact us within 10 days of receiving and we will either repair or replace the merchandise.
